65% Greywacke (pebbles from a riverbed), 35% Broadbridge (brown clay)
Winemaking
Made from grapes from our vineyard, this wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, which enabled charming fruity notes and wonderful aromas to develop. Then, it was aged on fine lees for about six months, in order to obtain a lovely roundness.
Tasting
Both subtle and intense in the mouth, this wine expresses a pleasant freshness, allied to delicate notes of ripe fruit such as apricot or pineapple.
