This wine comes from the magnificent slopes overlooking the Loire.
This lively Sauvignon Blanc offers extraordinary citrus aromas mixed with wonderfully mineral flinty notes. Refined and perfectly balanced, this is an affectionate friendly wine.


The vineyard is located on the slopes of the Loire, in Nievre and Loiret and profits from siliceous grounds or limestones.

Static clarification at low temperature. Alcoholic fermentation between 15-20°C in stainless steel tank during 15 days. No malolactic fermentation. Aging on the fine lees during 5 months. Bottling with Vacuum technology and ageing one month in bottle before release.


This wine gives a good form of the Sauvignon type of vine on fresh notes.
