The Pinot Noir vines are planted on the crest of south-southwest-facing slopes. This privileged location produces a Sancerre that we love to savor for its youth and fruitiness.

- Manual harvesting
- Light punching down and pumping over
- Fermentation with a selection of yeasts specific to each plot on the estate
- Aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling

Tasting

A deep ruby red, our Sancerre rouge "Les Grandmontains" reveals delicate, luscious aromas of red berries (cherry, raspberry).

On the palate, the wine is supple and fresh, with fine tannins.
